30-Day Limited Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your LIFENOR product if you believe it is defective or damaged. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service with proof of the issue within the 30-day period. Returned products must be in their original packaging and condition.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed defective. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
